WFP Team Visits College of Environmental Sciences to Discuss Compost Project

On May 29, 2024, a team from the World Food Programme (WFP) visited the College of Environmental Sciences to discuss the compost project developed by the college. The visit began with Dr. Emad Omar Hama Ali, Dean of the College of Environmental Sciences, showcasing the college’s capabilities. Following this, a seminar on composting procedures was held, during which the project team was introduced and their efforts highlighted. The WFP team expressed great interest in the project and emphasized their commitment to supporting it with all necessary efforts.
